We’re Fox Pizza, a husband-and-wife team bringing naturally leavened pizza to Marin.

Jeff crafts every pizza using organic flour and a sourdough starter he’s nurtured for over six years, drawing inspiration from Bonci’s Pizzarium, John’s of Bleecker, and Lovely’s 50/50. We top our pies with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, honoring the classics (hello, perfect cheese and pepperoni) while also offering seasonal creations for the adventurous eater.

The back story? Fox Pizza began as a simple ritual—pizza nights at home, surrounded by friends and wine. What started as a side project quickly grew into a successful pop-up and catering business with frequent sell-outs and a loyal following.

Now we’re bringing our Fox Pizza dream to life with our first restaurant in Fairfax, California. It will be a warm and welcoming space designed for both easy takeout and relaxed dine-in. The menu will feature our signature pies, fresh salads, warm olives, and a curated selection of low-intervention wines, local ciders, and non-alcoholic pairings.
