Our pizza dough is made with our sourdough starter and fermented slowly for flavor, texture, and digestibility. We prioritize seasonal produce, excellent cheese, bright sauces, and toppings that make sense together.

Dine in, order take out, or grab a glass of wine and get a pie to go. We offer low-intervention, easy-drinking wines and ciders from California makers we love.






FAQs
When will the restaurant be open? We will be open in the summer of 2026 with our final opening date still TBD!
What type of pizza do you serve? We serve 14 inch sourdough pizzas, cut into 8 pieces. We serve whole pies only - no slices. All pizzas are made with our signature sourdough dough and topped with high quality ingredients. We do not offer gluten free pizza at this time.
Where can we find you before the restaurant opens? You can find us at select pop-up events, see our events page! We will also be catering private events up until our opening date. The best place to stay up to date is by following us on Instagram!
Can we order takeout? Yes! We accept takeout orders (pickup only) for most of our pop up events.
